🍖
Food
Active and slender, the Siamese burns a lot of energy: a protein-rich diet split into several small meals suits it well. Some individuals eat too fast out of excitement; a slow-feeder bowl solves this.
-
🧴
Care & grooming
Its very short coat with no undercoat is the easiest to maintain: one pass with a grooming glove per week is enough. Sensitive to cold, it seeks warm spots; keep an eye on its thin, cold-sensitive ears.
-
🎾
Toys & enrichment
Highly intelligent and interactive, it excels at clicker training, fetch and progressive puzzle toys. Stimulation must be shared: toys do not replace your presence, which it strongly needs.
-
🏠
Bedding & habitat
Chilly with its thin coat, it loves warm beds: a cosy basket near a radiator, a radiator hammock or a fleece blanket. An agile climber, it does great with a tall cat tree with perches near your living areas.

🧳
Travel & safety
Its light build allows a standard carrier, or even a soft travel bag for short trips. Very vocal, it will probably meow the whole journey: accustom it early and cover the carrier to soothe it.

🧰
Accessories
Priority goes to interaction accessories: puzzle toys, a programmable feeder for absences and possibly a harness, as many Siamese accept a leash. A second cat or regular company remains the best investment against boredom.
