Description
Budgies and small parrots hull their seeds and fling husks and leftovers all around the cage. This enclosed feeder keeps most of it inside: the bird puts its head in through the front opening, stands on the built-in perch and eats sheltered by the walls.
Size S: 13 × 11 × 13 cm, in 3 mm clear acrylic, with metal hooks for the cage bars and a lift-up lid for filling. The maker intends it for small and medium species: budgie, cockatiel, lovebird.
Limits: not a size for an African grey or an Amazon. Acrylic scratches over time; clean it with lukewarm water, no abrasive products. Some birds are wary of new objects: leave the old feeder in place for a few days until the bird eats from the new one.
