Description
An older dog, or one tired after hind-leg surgery, hesitates at the car step, slips on tiles or can no longer get up on its own. Lifting a medium or large dog in your arms is hard, and not always comfortable for the dog.
This harness sits under the hindquarters: a breathable mesh belt with two openings for the hind legs, closed with hook-and-loop and a buckle, and a strap with a height-adjustable handle. You carry part of the weight of the back end while the dog walks, climbs stairs or gets into the car. The cut leaves the tail and toileting areas free, so it can stay on during the walk.
It helps you carry, it does not treat anything: hind-leg weakness that appears or worsens should be seen by a vet. For the front of the body, you still need a regular harness.
Measure the waist just in front of the hind legs: S 28-36 cm, M 35-45 cm, L 42-54 cm, XL 48-60 cm; between two sizes, the maker advises the larger one. Colour: orange and white.
Ships in 8 to 15 working days within the EU, free delivery from €49, 14 days to exchange the size.

Frequently asked questions
Can it stay on during the walk?
Yes: the belt leaves the tail and toileting areas free. Take it off at home so the mesh does not rub all day.
Does it fit a large dog?
The largest size covers a waist of 48 to 60 cm. Beyond that it will be too small.
Does it replace a regular harness?
No, it only supports the back of the body. To walk the dog on a lead, keep its usual harness or collar.
