Sniffing is a natural and tiring activity for dogs: ten minutes of searching often tires them more than a long walk with no stimulation. This snuffle mat in polyester felt has flaps, flowers and pockets where you hide kibble from the daily ration or treats; the dog has to find them with its nose.
Two sizes: 45 × 50 cm (brown, for small and medium dogs or beginners) and 90 × 90 cm (purple, more hiding spots, for large dogs or to slow down a whole meal). It rolls up with its strap and is washable once crumbs are shaken out.
Start with easy hiding spots and stay nearby: it is a supervised activity, not a toy to leave with a dog that chews fabric. A dog that tears the flaps should stop there so it does not swallow felt.
